  5. Eat whole fresh foods packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, protein, fat.
  6. Eat MACROS carbohydrate + protein + fat and MICROS vitamins + minerals.
  7. Include 3 balanced MACROS carbohydrate + protein + fat in every meal and snack.
  8. Be patient with yourself as you learn healthy living nutrition.
